Many skeeball enthusiasts showed up at Glascott’s Saloon in Chicago on Sunday, November 8 to compete in “Skeeing for a Cause,” a fund-raising tournament sponsored by Alden Village and Alden Village North. Participants enjoyed good food, drinks, raffle drawings as well as the chance to engage in this exciting competition. The event raised over $9,000 for the Leukemia Research Foundation, which works tirelessly to finding cures for all blood cancers as well as help enrich the lives of those touched by the disease.
